While some might not consider it a hobby, my preferred pastime is heading to see live music. Tommy Talton appears with Kofi Burbridge & unique visitors at Steve's Live Music in Sandy Springs. Chicago Joe has a pupil jam at Tin Roof Cantina.

Rebel New Year's Eve - Southland Bowling Lanes will be playing host to 1 of Lexington's nearby rock bands. Honestly, I've never listened to this band play. However, their Fb page lists several great bands as their inspiration.
Maine's biggest city holds its annual parade on Sunday the 13th at midday. The Portland parade will run alongside Commercial Road from Becky's Diner to the Maine [[Media.Greenbookpages.com>http://Media.greenbookpages.com/hydro-classifieds/author/musicticket56/]] Condition Pier. Following closing ceremonies at the pier, a traditional Ceili dance will be held at RiRa Irish pub. Saturday's events are sponsored by the Irish American Club of Maine.

Located in Wrigleyville, (near Wrigley Field), I adore this leaping, cool scorching spot for enjoyable. Live Music keeps it rolling with a good choice of beers, spirits, and good food. A definite evening place for sports fans. Oh - there's tons of "Gen X and Y" type music that sounds fantastic but what separates their songs from the authentic rockers is that the Boomers favor their songs - reside. It is an all ages venue that also has a bar. It is really small.
