The barstaff is fantastic - Wealthy, Kelly, and Carol help to make up one of the Triangle's very best crews behind the bar. They're very pleasant and pretty fast, even on the weekend evenings when the bar is packed. That said, it can get Very packed on the weekends. When bands are playing, standing room only is usually the rule rather of the exception.

The Avalon used to be called The Palace, but they altered the name a few years back again when they remodeled. With red carpet and big dramatic curtains, it has the air of conventional Hollywood. Most concerts are all ages, but they do have a complete bar.
