You guys with nocturnals… I have had that once in my life and even then I wasn’t sure. I’m on day 12. Day 8 I was cocky and energetic, then been pretty depressed mon-thurs for various reasons. No nocturnals, no morning wood. I have some sort of horniness but it could also be frustration over my life situation. I check girls out a lot but never get hard. I’m isolated and lonely right now so that’s bringing me down. Gymmed for 4 days straight. Gaining muscle mass, losing the little fat I had because of my new high veggy diet (sixpack is starting to show). comeback September 13, 2012 at 8:28 pm @Mattias – How do you gain muscle on a mostly veggie diet? (For Example) Would the world around you change in a more confident way/ would your thinking ability improve/ or the world would simply be a better place (In a spiritual way- for religious people – no of fence ) comeback September 14, 2012 at 5:16 am @Brandon – I do think differently. Although the max I have gone is only 17 days, my thinking was more confident and I was more in control of my goals. The craziest part is that fitness has always been my no 1 goal for the last 15 years but I have nothing to show for it. For some reason, I could never be successful at that goal. I would go for a week and then lose focus. But during my most successful abstinence period last month, I went to the gym 26 days in a row getting up at 530AM ! It’s something that I was never able to do, even when I was in my teens. And I didn’t even feel like I had to push myself. I was just so positive,confident and full of energy that I used to wake up 10 minutes before my alarm went off.
