My brother and sister and cousin committed suicide. It is worse to have living parents that are controlling. I’ve read many books about this subject and been to 5 psychiatrists/Phd psychologists who understand and agree with me totally every time. But I still could not get rid of their guilt tripping me to live for them until I read the books that finally broke the chains of control by foremost experts like Susan Forward Dan Nueharth and Howard Halpern . Then I realized that the psychistrists weren’t biased towards me because I was their client. Because they wrote the book for the general public. They deal with cases ranging up to incest.
