You have no idea what controlling parents are like. My brother and sister and cousin committed suicide. It is worse to have living parents that are controlling. I’ve read many books about this subject and been to 5 psychiatrists/Phd psychologists who understand and agree with me totally every time. But I still could not get rid of their guilt tripping me to live for them until I read the books that finally broke the chains of control by foremost experts like Susan Forward Dan Nueharth and Howard Halpern . Then I realized that the psychistrists weren’t biased towards me because I was their client. Because they wrote the book for the general public. They deal with cases ranging up to incest.
