I just came back from a 2nd date, went very well in a hip bar....but the waitress hit on me and then the girl who was sitting across from us with two guys started staring as well.
My date said she was worried I was very good looking and seemed worried about it... I think she was doing the whole "you're to good to be true thing"

If they just want a piece of you, whether you're a player or not doesnt matter. If its a quality girl, that you'd consider dating material, emphasize the elements of your personality that girls like: thoughtful, caring, normal fun person stuff. Any girl worth dating wants more than just looks anyway. I agree, Ive found that girls get insecure because they know no matter where you are, other girls will flirt with you and you will be under constant temptation. Knowing that the average man cant restrain himself, this causes anxiety in the woman, when the man is very attractive. If you finally show them that you're a good guy, they definitely do the "you're too good to be true" thing or the "what is the catch" thing or simply ask, "what are you hiding?" Whatever I guess its a good problem to have.
