p>E-gaming company reveals Cunningham's Camp headquarters plans

p>Developers have said that Isle of Man's "largest single investment" will see a holiday camp site transformed into an e-gaming company's headquarters.

p>Proposals for the construction of new offices, accommodation for staff and facilities for King Gaming (KG) were developed for the former Cunningham's Camp site.

p>The project's supporters haven't revealed a price, but they have they have stated that it will create "significant" jobs.

p>John Lee, director of KG, stated that the new campus will be an "unique development."

p>The plans for the complex, which would be spread across just two acres (0.8 hectares) were developed by Manx firms Excel Group and Bell Burton Associates (BBA) together with Dutch designers HofmanDujardin?.

p>The camp was first opened at the turn of the 20th Century, Cunningham's Camp served as an internment camp in World War One and as an area for Royal Navy training in World War Two and was later sold off in the post-war period.

p>A spokesman for the developers said the scheme could "create more than 300 jobs" and was the "largest single private investment on the Isle of Man".

p>Brian Butler, BBA, said that many local professionals worked together in the creation of the "fantastic project" that should be approved by the board, will "provide significant investments".

p>He added that work would begin "immediately" in the event that the plans are approved.
