p>Minecraft is one of the most popular games across different platforms, but it doesn't use non-fungible tokens or NFTs. Mojang, the game's developer announced on Wednesday in a blog post that it would not allow Minecraft NFTs.

p>The developer noted that there are companies that have created NFTs that are related to Minecraft, but it feels that these tokens don't cover all users and "create an environment of haves and the have-nots." Mojang has also expressed concern about fraud and artificially high prices for NFTs.

p>The videogame industry has yet fully accepted NFTs. However, there are occasional successes that didn’t last due to the current cryptocurrency winter. Experts predict that NFTs will become the norm in gaming when they find the right method of implementing them.
